Travis Logie went surf with Tanker Plane.
The Tanker Plane is a mix between a tanker and a plane. You heard that right; a tanker and a plane.
The nose of the board was inspired on the ball that big boats (like oil tankers) carry to break the water at their bow – we introduced it to improve paddling and to catch the waves easier. The inspiration for the back of the board was taken from the wings of a plane, yet we took it it to another level.
This board is not only a piece of pure passion, born from refreshing inspiration. It also surfs surprisingly well and it well let the perspective of the user shift into different wave riding dimensions. The wave becomes a new canvas – to draw new lines.
